Our portable stage system is well-designed for mobility, rigidity and also for rapid installation. It is built to be heavy-duty & industrial high performance for safety purposes. It can cater almost all kinds of usages, for instance: private wedding parties in the backyard, commercial events, corporate annual dinners or even large-scale fiesta or concerts. Our stage rental serves to elevate event performance or speech so that it can be seen by the audience and it creates a focal point for the event too. Events with a proper and sturdy stage setup always gives an impression of formality and professionalism.

Our stage can be used for both indoor or outdoor events. The stage structure is adaptive and flexible enough to be installed on soft or uneven surfaces such as at the grass field, beach sand, and even on a pond or pool.  Recently, the pool cover stage gained popularity among the weddings and private parties at hotels or resorts. The transformation of a pool into a stable staging platform for a wedding ceremony or dance floor is interesting and unique. It also provides additional space for the event venue too.

Our stage panels are created in a modular system, we can build the stage in modules to best suit your required floor area and stage height. You are not limited to a common rectangular shape stage only. we can arrange it into a U or T shape fashion show runway. Alternatively, you also can make a thrust stage with our stage panel as well.

Our portable stage is made up of a metal frame support with a smooth wood panel. It comes in the modular plywood panel unit sizes of: 2ft x 4ft, 4ft x 4ft & 4ft x 8ft. You can order your stage in any size and shape, we will construct your stage by using the 3 module sizes mentioned. You can rent the stage as small as 4ft x 8ft with us, that is our minimum stage size.

A performer will require at least 4ft x 4ft clear space for him/her to freely move his/her body. For reference, a 3 person Zumba instructor will require a minimum of 16ft x 8ft stage floor area. The bigger the performer’s movement, the larger the size of stage is needed, vice versa.

The height of the stage is determined by the quantity of your audience, also depending whether they are in a sitting or standing arrangement. We can provide the stage rental at flexible height options of 1ft, 2ft, 3ft, 4ft, 5ft & 6ft.

For example, 200 pax audiences arranged in theater seating only need a 2ft height stage. In contrast, 200 pax standing crowds are recommended to use the 3ft height stage to achieve similar visibility.

All of our portable stage rentals are provided with the stage carpet covering, we always ensure the carpet is laid in a tidy and clean condition. For a stage that is at height of 2ft and 3ft, the stage edging will be decorated with stage skirting cloth, for 4ft height and above we will cover with cloth or canvas. Our standard stage rental includes 1 unit 4ft width stage staircase only, please notify our sales officer if you need extra staircases or risers.

Below are the optional additional accessories that you might need for your stage:

• Staircase Handrail: provide additional support for people to go up and down the staircase
• Barricade Guardrail: to prevent accidental fall off from the stage, especially for stages taller than 3ft height.

Stage is commonly used at events such as the opening ceremony, meeting, conference, concerts, trade shows, exhibitions and sales galleries. These events can’t be done without brand promotion. Our backdrop rental comes perfectly to be installed on the stage for delivering event messages or brand recognition. Do not forget to rent a rostrum too if you were to invite your VIP to give a short speech. For any outdoor event, we recommend renting the stage together with our canopy.
